Due to the digital nature of our products and membership services, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are considered final.

Because digital materials cannot be “returned,” we do not guarantee refunds once access has been granted.

Refunds may be issued at Trivia Ape’s sole discretion.

Trivia Ape Library Membership is a recurring subscription service.

By subscribing, you agree that:

✔ Charges occur automatically
✔ Access is granted immediately
✔ Membership may be canceled anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time.

After cancellation:

✔ Access remains active through the billing period
✔ No future charges will occur
✔ No partial refunds are guaranteed

Refunds are not guaranteed.

However, Trivia Ape may consider refunds under limited circumstances including:

✔ Duplicate charges
✔ Technical access issues
✔ Billing errors

Repeated refund requests may result in account suspension.
